Terminates an active GPS session and shuts down all communications with the GPS device

If the GPS library is successfully shutdown, then the return value will be GPSERROR_NONE.

This function will terminate the thread initiated by GpsInitialize or GpsEnable. This function will also unregister the notifications for the user application if they were never unregistered with the GpsRegisterNotifications function using the GPSREGNOTIFY_FALSE grnNotify parameter. GpsTerminate will also close and unload the MathLib 1.1 library.
