Returns the Horizontal Dilution Of Precision

The return value will be the current horizontal dilution of precision.

• HDOP is a measurement of the precision of the horizontal GPS solution. Lower numbers mean better precision. A value less than or equal to 1.0 is very good.

• This function is not .NET compatible. For a .NET compatible equivalent, seeGpsGetHDOPEx.
