Structure defining position and ground speed information

• The format of the dLAtitude and dLongitude members can be either degrees or radians.

• The dAltitude member is not height above mean sea level, but height above mean Geoid. The Geid is a mathematical representation of the surface of the earth. To convert to height above mean sea level, a local elevation model is required.

• dGroundSpeed is in units of meters per second
